Pancreatic pseudocyst is a localized peripancreatic fluid collection that results from pancreatic inflammation due to pancreatitis, trauma or ductal obstruction due to stricture or stone. Pancreatic pseudocyst drainage through the stomach or small intestine can be performed by open drainage, considered as standard treatment, and the endoscopic approach is less invasive than open surgery. This study aimed to compare the efficacy of open and endoscopic cystogastrostomy for the drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts.

I appreciate Doctor for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! Only one suggestion wait time for seeing report after post scan was really fed up for patient of 60 year with Stomach pain who is already been from 4.30 pm who can't take food outside and waiting 2 hr to show scan report . we convinced the receptionist madam but she said only after all the appointment completion she will allow to see doctor. This was making the patient severe tiredness. Please i would recommended after every 5 patients report patients can be sent to avoid long time wait for only showing reports. Thank you sir for timely treatment.Abdullah Baokba2024-07-06Was very much relieved of my gastric symptoms Good doctor for gastric problemsINAM SAAD2024-07-05Highly experienced gastro specialist.utsav v2024-07-02Good Doctor , Explains everything in Details and Very Prompt and Active, Just be mindful with waiting time here and take appointment directly from them not through 3rd Party , as it’s quite a lot when u book via Practo and Other Apps, Just Call them or Book via there own websites.Waseem m2024-06-29Dr. Praveen Mathew is an outstanding doctor who demonstrates genuine concern for his patients' well-being. I recently visited his clinic for an Endoscopy and Biopsy. The clinic is impeccably clean and welcoming, and the staff are well-experienced, well-mannered and very professional. Dr. Praveen made me feel at ease, explained clearly each phase of the procedure, and answered all my questions. With the scans and tests results, he provided an accurate diagnosis, and discussed a detailed plan, even taking care to give me printouts for diet. The busy lounge is a testament to Dr. Praveen's expertise and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quality medical care.Madhu Rao2024-06-29Good doctor for liver and gastro issuesLoad more
